Added "short summary" feature to create a text file of condensed
results for selected buses, lines, companies, and interconnections
which can be viewed on the screen, edited, reformatted, and printed.
Prior to running load flows, the user prepares another text file
containing the list of buses, lines, companies, and interconnections.
Then by reading this user file, ATRAC can summarize results for the same
list after any number of solutions.
